This
is where the timber lengths are made into basic window frames.
A small team of carpenters and joiners cut the timber to meet your
specifications. It is then joined and made into frames through a
combination of traditional hand and precision machine work.
Before joining, every sawn end
in the frame sections is hand-brushed with a special rot-proofing
solution. This careful attention to detail ensures that no "weak
spots" are left inside the frames, which may otherwise be prone
to dampness and rot.
Our multi-staged weather-proofing
system is vital to ensure your timber frames are protected from
the British weather - both inside and out.
